CWR307: Adaptation for the theater

This page contains some coursework I did for a creating writing class on "adaptation for the theater". I think that Mac Wellman taught it, which makes the first adaptation below pretty darn cheeky of me.

I think my favorite is the Coriolanus treatment. I should really write the whole play sometime.

• Scenario and intro scene for an adaptation of the first two chapters of Paul's letter to the Galatians.
• Scenario and a scene regarding delusion and the Heaven's Gate cult.
• Scenario and a scene about a demagogue preacher literally re-enacting the first chapters of the gospel of Mark.
• Promise. A Beckett-esque treatment of the Noah story.
