• phab:T164654 - support memento standard for fetching old versions of articles (useful for standards-based annotation anchoring)
• phab:T146397 - better edit interface to select wikidata-based items for FileAnnotations extension
• phab:T44063 - improve support for W3C standard LinkedData HTTP protocol (which is the basis for the Annotation Protocol, although annotations only use a subset of the platform)
• phab:T164655 - make the FileAnnotations extension store and retrieve annotations in W3C standard format
